Set emulator to use automotive specific health hal Add an example battery health HAL that returns stubbed values. This will allow apps to get a logical battery stat value when querying via BatteryManager. When correctly installed, health service will be named android.hardware.health-service.automotive instead of android.hardware.health-service.example.
