Drop setting of in_qemu boolean and restorecon /sys/qemu_trace. The in_qemu boolean is unnecessary with the goldfish-specific rules moved to their own goldfish-specific directory and the restorecon /sys/qemu_trace is obsoleted by the init restorecon of /sys.
