[DO NOT MERGE] ImuCal refactored open-source code.

- Syncs ImuCal nanoapp updates from Google3 (go/imucal_refactor_2021).
- Enables calibration for both sets of IMU/Mag sensors.
- Sets dual mag calibrations (via calibration_index) based on physical
  open/closed states determined using the Hall-effect sensor on foldable
  devices.
