Remove bogus stop of akmd process. The akmd process is a sensor provider for another proprietary platform, it isn't a core part of AOSP. Remove the confusing FIXME comment and stop of this bogus process, which eliminates an error message from init. Bug: 110097226 Change-Id: Idf42621942602fcfbbcd792774b7b5bcc3648b6e
