hammerhead: use the unified fstab to support recovery Add entries to the unified fstab needed by recovery. Also, copy the unified fstab to /etc/recovery.fstab in the recovery ramdisk. Change-Id: I5b6921dfc7c4aaa0588d6b6ba47b92d4c1824349
