Allow init to rm /dev/diag Commit 5cf386b3d19b413b14b4021407c28f1bb7914863 (AOSP cherrypick 9be31f38167f5290e8958660ff0f8ffaf6ddd4c1) ensures that /dev/diag is always removed on boot. Allow for it in SELinux policy. Change-Id: I0204ec0c497394e8423ab8120b4a0a1336fae21b
