Fix headers include variable CONFIG_TRUSTY=m sets ccflags-m which is not a valid build variable. Always add the include paths to ccflags-y even when building the Trusty drivers as modules since that is the only supported variable. Bug: 364748249 Change-Id: I8f4ce05c5453274307f0ce7db3da0d63cfe42957
