MIPS: IP32: Remove unnecessary if not even harmful volatile keywords. They are unneeded and as the issue fixed in lmo commit 63f7ec59053e3f850ab67a9938e631bcba64c6ce shows even harmful. Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <[email protected]>
