cs40l26: reset haptics on timeout
Reset haptics on wave deletion timeout. This has been seen to happen
when haptics keeps reporting that it is vibrating, but it is not
actually vibrating. Because of this, deleting the wave fails as the
device thinks it is playing. This reset is a recovery mechanism that
takes ~1 second instead of requring a full device reboot to recover.
