max77759_charger: disable WLCRX->WLCRX+OTG

disables WLCRX=>WLCRX+OTG but the device will work in the following cases:

. OTG => WLCRX+OTG
. OTG -> WLCRX+OTG => OTG
. OTG -> WLCRX+OTG => WLCRX
. WLCRX+OTG => WLCRX

the behavior for WLCRX->WLCRX+OTG:

. while in WLCRX->WLCRX+OTG audio will be glitchy
. WLCRX+OTG => WLCRX will work
. WLCRX+OTG => OTG will work

this means that removing the device from the charger and replacing it
will fix the issue.
