Cleanup run-test and Makefile around boot image and PIC. - JIT boot image is interpret-only - Default is PIC image - "Default" compiler is gone. test: m -j32 test-art-host-run-test (with different macro variants) Change-Id: I547f4579fa08bbcb634b256125ca45d832dc1d6b
