  "message": "fix: Remove --no-build-isolation from pip install command (#2360)\n\nFixes #2328.\n\nIn #2126, we discussed and added `--no-build-isolation` to ensure that\nsdist builds pulled from rules_python supplied dependencies. An\nunanticipated/misunderstood side-effect of this is that pip will no\nlonger resolve necessary, declared build time dependencies from a\npackage index. That\u0027s a significant point of friction for users, and,\nit\u0027s much harder to opt-out of the behavior than to opt-in given the\npresence of `extra_pip_args`.",
