Fix bison build with MacOSX SDK 10.6 10.6 doesn't have strndup and getline needed by bison 2.7 Add missing libraries from lib/. Work for 10.7.x and 10.8.x too. Change-Id: I10641f90a491c2e41e99d446b0dcccfef7fe3efc
