Re-add build files
The new android_regen.sh script runs through the upstream configure and
make steps, copying the necessary sources list and generated headers
into {linux,darwin}-lib/
New in this version, we can use --enable-relocatable so that we don't
need to pass BISON_PKGDATADIR all the time, bison can now find it
relative to its executable.

Test: take those results, and run builds with them (treehugger)
