Update Android CLDR data from 2021e to 2022d. Small change from upstream was not applied: in https://github.com/unicode-org/cldr/pull/2300/files#diff-43b0b62ce55133987473b4966f6de558a999ea386cea95c983135017347817ad abstract class's generic type was removed. That won't compile in the current state of AOSP. The Unicode CLDR provides key building blocks for software to support the world's languages, with the largest and most extensive standard repository of locale data available. This data is used by a wide spectrum of companies for their software internationalization and localization, adapting software to the conventions of different languages for such common software tasks.
