Update Android CLDR data from 2022f to 2022g. Android patches: 1. metaZones.xml was patched: aligned from/to dates for Asia/Kuala_Lumpur with its transition rules (which are coming from Asia/Singapore). 2. SubmissionLocales.java is different in CLDR 43, I've picked Pattern change only. It does not affect output.
