Update Android CLDR data from 2022f to 2022g. Android patches: 1. metaZones.xml was patched: aligned from/to dates for Asia/Kuala_Lumpur with its transition rules (which are coming from Asia/Singapore). 2. SubmissionLocales.java is different in CLDR 43, I've picked Pattern change only. It does not affect output. Bug: 260965093 Test: see system/timezone CLDR-16181 TZ 2022g updates, accurate Mexican exemplar city names https://github.com/unicode-org/cldr/commit/0bd22412b35b6e7037a39c3ad6a4dc49c699439b (cherry picked from commit bfad4259631b59b727c9c43764c9f3be5d75e6a4) Change-Id: I615552721703b869ee628f4f674e2eb6333ab13a Merged-In: I615552721703b869ee628f4f674e2eb6333ab13a

The Unicode CLDR provides key building blocks for software to support the world's languages, with the largest and most extensive standard repository of locale data available. This data is used by a wide spectrum of companies for their software internationalization and localization, adapting software to the conventions of different languages for such common software tasks.
