boot_param: copy code hash value
The code hash value is calculated based on the RO_GSCVD contents and
the SPI flash chip configuration.

TEST=with the GSC running code supporting boot param generation, using
the hwtrust utility examined the values read from NVmem object at
address 0x3fff09, observed proper contents including the code
hash.
