Add stats dumping for all size classes. Previously, only the bin data was dumped and it was done in bionic. Now, gather for the bins and all large allocations too. Test: Run dumpsys meminfo --logstats and verified log data. Change-Id: I256312e9e47d0e2cd8cb6125aff937673cdeb3f7
