sh_binary for real sh binary
"domainGenerator.sh" and "lightRoutingUpdate.sh" are
obviously sh_binary, not cc_prebuilt_binary.
Resolve the "error" notification like:
prebuilts/clang/host/linux-x86/clang-r450784e/bin/llvm-strip: error: 'external/parameter-framework/upstream/tools/xmlGenerator/lightRoutingUpdate.sh': The file was not recognized as a valid object file
