Merge 'aosp/upstream-cros-master' into 'aosp/crosvm-master'

... to update virglrenderer for Cuttlefish. The updated version fixes
the incorrect rendering seens with GLES profile. This should allow us
to turn on GLES by default in Cuttlefish's crosvm_manager.cpp and test
out GPU on Chromebooks.
