Move setAttachedClientForTesting() to DefaultImeVisibilityApplierTest This is a mechanical refactoring CL, which moves InputMethodManagerService#setAttachedClientForTesting() to DefaultImeVisibilityApplierTest, where it is being used. This is test only change. There must be no observable behavior change.
