Reset override when manually activating a manually deactivated zen rule
The behavior is now symmetric to the STATE_FALSE case (where manually deactivating a manually activated rule will reset the activate-override instead of placing a deactivate-override).
This should fix the scenario where the user stops Bedtime Mode after it's automatically activated at night and then resumes it -- the user most likely expects Bedtime to stop at its scheduled time in the morning.
