Make bugreport details dialog confirm to Material Guidelines for Dialogs. Changes: - Removed hints. - Added TextViews for field labels. - Added padding for inner dialog - Adedd autoCorrect and capSentences to title and summary - Changed strings. - Set name to be selectAllOnFocus initially.
