Don't rely on transitively included headers This is basically a cherry-pick of 5034e7398a0ea13a19f333bae754a99e8f0d438c from msm8998. The vendor variant of log/log_time.h no longer includes time.h. As a (good) side effect, the places that implcitly relied on the hidden dependency are breaking. Fix it.
