Migrate to new androidx target for support library. Also, clean dependencies so that the "include" of car-support.mk is not used. Instead, specify the dep explicitly. Bug: 77920207 Test: build and deploy LatinIME Test: trigger the keyboard to appear using Settings. Ensure no crashes. Change-Id: Ib607950f068a9d6955f5df8d651767af9eeab59c
