Up the size of the phone icon for recent calls. Retrieving the bitmap for a VectorDrawable will render it the size that the VectorDrawable is hardcoded as. As a result, this makes the icon pixelated when displayed on the home screen. To fix, up the default size of the icon. Test: manually tested Change-Id: I9a657bc46630e6607f523a18eb72b957c3acd5eb
