Making CarDrawerAdapter layout more flexible - Instead of picking small vs normal layout for drawer items at construction time, its now queried from adapter item using new API. Bug: 36573125 Test: Exercised dialer, media, radio etc. Change-Id: I14575661544ac7cdd62ce8288aa1630d1cd05165
