An experimental resource generator. Tool to make specifying resource values for A/R systems less error prone. There's a file with keyline values in specs/ which describes the format of the csv. The format may evolve over the development of this tool so once it stabilizes, it can be transferred into a readme. Test: Hand tested one case with dimens.
