Remove inverse colors. car_tint_inverse has been removed; instead, reference car_tint_light, which is what the media tint should be. The inverse color would have turned dark at night. Also, rename the button background ripple to be light as well. Bug: 112040188 Test: build media application and ensure tint and ripple is light in day and night.
