Replace PlaybackActivityMonitor with AudioDeviceCallback - Disable BassBoost and Virtualizer effect functionality and grey out the bar/toggle when Headset disconnected (except for virtualizer transaural) - Only enable effect when it's supported by descriptor checking - Hide the panel layout for an effect if it's not available from descriptors Bug: 266400026 Test: YTM MusicFx BassBoost change with USB headset Change-Id: Ieab2b408af537b477030ba75f8ae2b69ea8e4528
