Fixes missing content descriptions for the wallpaper preview
- Adds contentDescription for wallpaper preview screen
- Adds contentDescription for X button to show preview controls
- Adds description for preview tap action ("Double-tap to show/hide preview controls") and enables clicking preview in Talkback
