Clean up AIDL utility code This change removes references to CpuExecutor.h and LegacyUtils.h from the Aidl* source files. This is part of a broader effort to relocate the Aidl utility code to hardware/interfaces/neuralnetworks/aidl/utils so that libneuralnetworks_common does not rely on AIDL functionality.
