Fix for Wi-Fi Direct printer connection on Printer Info Screen (part2)
This CL is subpart of 2786520. This fix is required to connect to
Wi-Fi Direct printer which is not already connected, to proceed
with the printer information screen.
Test: Go to Settings->Connected devices->Connection preferences->
Printing->Default Print Service->Tap on the info icon for the Wi-Fi
Direct printer which is not already connected.
