Update ART dependencies prebuilts.

Taken from branch aosp-main, target mainline_modules_sdks-trunk_staging-userdebug, build 12512254.

CL prepared by prebuilts/runtime/mainline/update.py.

* Before running prebuilts/runtime/mainline/update.py, I commented out
  everything but `install_bundled_sdk_entries("runtime", "sdk")` in
  `install_entries`.

I manually reverted:
* Parts of mainline/platform/sdk/Android.bp not related to perfetto
  changes
* All .so, .a and header file changes not related to the perfetto sdk

This change was prompted by b/370433844 which requires an additional
output to the heap dump generated by perfetto_hprof
