Win SDK: find_lock.exe This small win32 app takes a path as argument and outputs the names of the processes that are holding handles that overlap that path. The goal is to use this in the SDK Manager to identify which apps are locking the SDK folder and preventing updates. Change-Id: I4fbf66a53410fba0c5f9ab51dac10d267a7c21a7
