Implemented torq simpleperf Added functionality to validate simpleperf events, remove previous files before beginning a new trace, pull trace files from the device, and run simpleperf. Additionally, added device tests for new functionality and a reference to simpleperf files that will be needed for loading simpleperf in the web.
