Fix bugs with verify_trace.
Fix problems with the repair process if the problem entry is a realloc.
Fix problems with argument handling.
Fix typos or incorrect text in messages.
Modify the code so that if a repair fails, it will still write out the
repaired file.
Fail if the repair file already exists.
Test: Repair traces with reallocs.
Test: Call verif_trace with no arguments and with only --attempt_repair.
Test: Repair where the file already exists and verify the file is not written.
