Adapters: interface specific stop method Multiple interfaces can be adapted at the same time and stopped in any order. Fixes: 77341508 Test: manually adapt power hal and stop with: - keyboard (default) - 'all' mode (legacy now) - 'specific' mode (granularity of per interface) Change-Id: I43ad7a46800a94e3f93909f670fd9ba0490bbe80
