VTS: Ignore binaries in /[vendor|odm]/firmware for elf_alignment_test

Vendors and ODMs could place firmware binaries that do not require
to be 16kb elf aligned in /[vendor|odm]/firmware.

The elf_alignment_test will ignore these directories:

-  /[vendor|odm]/firmware
