[RESTRICT AUTOMERGE] Don't run testProcSysrqTrigger in VTS10

The testProcSysrqTrigger is destructive. The device is
rebooted by the test and the test will fail if a device is
not able to complete booting.

Removing the test will allow the testing automation to continue.
