Fix Login 1.6 JDK issue Moves the servlet api to 3.0.1 which is compatible with the 1.6 jdk. Otherwise there is a runtime exception during login when the local server is spun up. Change-Id: I92c1a6523afc7130b4af74588fc27fe8e1a0d70e
