Update git submodules

* Update frameworks/support from branch 'androidx-main'
  to 18e8332d9fb702ac0abcf10a2526e5b40ea22e66
  - Merge "Make AppFunctionData id field compatible with legacy SDK" into androidx-main
  - Make AppFunctionData id field compatible with legacy SDK
    
    Also update the schema translation test to only run when the extension
    library is available to update the ID in runtime.
