    Test: Existing tests.
    Relnote: Implicit transformations are no longer supported in TLC and explicit APIs should be used instead (TransformationSpec and SurfaceTransformation). Depending on architecture clients may want use different strategies for the migration. Please take a look at TransformationSpecSample, SurfaceTransformationSample for examples using explicit transformation APIs.
