| is to break development/ into smaller more focused repos so that Brillo |
| can be more precise about what to include, but for now we've just copied the |
| necessary files here. |

| In general you should not modify these files here, instead submit any |
| necessary changes in AOSP and then manually copy the updated files here and |
| submit another CL. This should only be necessary in the short term. |
